Standard requiremefor nts contracts for maintenance of medical information systems

The contract for maintenance of a medical information system (hereinafter referred to as the contract) shall grant the right to a health care institution (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) to:

  • operation of the medical information system (hereinafter –MIS) for an unlimited number of workplaces within a health care institution. If necessary, a corresponding change is made to the license agreement previously concluded with the Contractor;
  • independently carry out technical measures to increase the number of jobs within the health care institution;
  • Customer’s exclusive rights to information entered and stored in the IIA;
  • to disseminate and (or) to provide information contained in the IIA, to use it;
  • allow or restrict access to information contained in the IIA, determine the procedure and conditions for such access in accordance with the law;
  • determine the conditions for processing and using the information contained in the IIA;
  • prohibit or suspend the processing of information and (or) its use in the event of non-compliance with information protection requirements;
  • apply to state bodies determined by the President of the Republic of Belarus and (or) the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus to assess the correctness of fulfilling the requirements for protecting their information in information systems, examining the adequacy of measures to protect their software and hardware, information resources, information systems and information networks, as well as for advice;
  • protect, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, one’s rights in case of unlawful receipt of information contained in an IIA, or unlawful use by other persons ...
